He knows you are hurting and in need of help.The only way he can help you is when you come to Him. Understand this,until a soap is applied to a dish. it cleansing  power cannot be experienced. God is powerful and ready to save but the way He can do that is wash you clean from your sin through The Blood of Jesus.Redemption is possible,freedom from oppression is real and mental health is a reality but rescue comes when you call Jesus for help.
